The team worked within really tight time frames this year to ensure we had the 4 x new builds onsite before the Summer.

After an initial site visit, all project communication was completed via video calls and email with regular Friday weekly updates.

My husband and I purchased a Manor Build home this year. The staff at Manor Build have been fantastic to deal with, and we got weekly photo updates through the building process, which was great, as my husband was ill throughout the process. Sadly he died a week before delivery of the house. The team at Manor Build were really supportive during this time. I love my new home, it is the warmest home I have ever had, with the double glazing, and all the extra insulation they use, I can whole heartedly recommend a Manor build to anyone.

The whole experience of dealing with Manor Build was beyond expectation - simply exceptional! From initial contact and response, to design, interior fit-out, Council consenting process, delivery and final inspection the whole process was extremely well managed and coordinated. They took care of everything.

Customisation was no problem. We requested some special features for the house; bay windows, non-standard interior trims doors and hardware, underfloor heating, stone bench tops, and Manor sorted the whole thing.

Communications from the project manager to us were frequent, we were kept well-informed all the way through.The team were great to work with, friendly, obliging, very helpful and reliable.

I have since recommended them to friends and Manor Build would be my first option for another home in the future.

Our experience building our home with Manor Build was fantastic. The team was so positive and solutions-focused.

Their communication throughout the process was great, they heard and tried to accommodate all of our requests. I loved having so much choice when it came to its specifications, whilst at the same time not being overwhelmed with limitless options.

We have been in our home now for two years and it is still like new. It is sunny, warm and spacious.I would not hesitate to build again with them.

Your approach when we first saw the show home in Fielding last year was most encouraging when we dealt with Ryland, this has continued throughout the process of the construction, with keeping us abreast with the house progress, your welcoming friendly face when we visited the site and selected the choice of colours.

You are definitely a professional team and we thank you for all that you have done. Then what an unexpected surprise with the gift basket and folder.

We love the space and how it all works together, it is home. It is also nice to observe the reaction of people when they come for the first time, they are surprised by the inside and the lay-out.

We had really good experience with Manor Build, how we wanted some extras and some changes, also afterwards when they came to check if everything was ok. Since we needed another house, that was also done well to fit in with the transport of both houses. WELL DONE!

We absolutely love our new house. We spent our first winter in it this year and it was such a warm house. From the moment we first contacted you to our house being finished and signed off it was such a wonderful experience, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and so helpful and lovely. Its was such an easy process, everything taken care of.
