The price is for the complete house (ex yard), inclusive of all painting, carpets, kitchens, vinyl, bathrooms etc. The price excludes decks & verandas, freight & foundations, as well as council costs for consents. No, we only produce them in our dedicated manufacturing plant, which is not restricted by any weather conditions. This helps us avoid stressful delays and stay on schedule.
The entire build process takes between 24 to 30 weeks from sign up to sign off. This includes final design, council consents, factory schedule waitlist, construction of home, delivery, and final touch ups. These time frames are subject to the council lead times for consents, potential consent issues, and of course the amount of homes that are already scheduled in our busy factory.
