With new building exemptions on the horizon, many Kiwis are exploring the idea of adding a granny flat or minor dwelling to their property, and Manor Build is here to guide you every step of the way.
Our team understands the specific size, material, and safety requirements that your dwelling must meet to qualify for the exemption. We build homes that comply with these rules, including maximum floor area, setback distances, lightweight construction materials, and licensed trade supervision.
