Manor build homes, what's included

Pre-delivery cleaning and packaging

  • Prior to delivery your building is given an interior clean
  • All appliances and furniture specified above are packaged/or installed where relevant within your building. They come complete with manufacturer’s warranty. They will be supplied, as far as possible, in original packaging for protection during transport. Unpacking/installation where applicable to be undertaken by Purchaser after delivery.
Are touch ups included in the price of a prebuilt home

Final detail

After your trades have connected your new home to all the services, we send our team to do a final detail. This includes repairing any transport stress cracks to the plasterboard, adjusting doors etc

Do I need consent for a prefab home

Compliance

  • All works in accordance with NZS3604:2011 NZ Standard for Timber-framed buildings
  • All drawing and design work required for a Building Consent works are supplied by Manor Group NZ Ltd
  • It is the client’s responsibility to pay all fees charged by our local council for the processing of the Building Consent
  • It is the responsibility of the site owner to undertake (where required) a resource or site consents
  • It is the responsibility of the site owner to ensure the correct site separation and setback distances
Does a manor build home come with a warranty

Warranties

  • All structural work is guaranteed for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers defective workmanship and materials
  • Manor Build also offers the extensive Builtin 10 Year Builders Guarantee. This is the most comprehensive building warranty available. This is priced on demand.
  • All appliances and furniture are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranties. These warranties are supplied along with your new building/s
  • General wear and tear during ordinary use is not covered
  • Refer also to ‘LIMITATION OF LIABILITY’
  • Any claims must be notified to Manor Group Ltd within seven days of the issue arising

  • Decks and Verandahs and furniture even if shown for indicative purposes

  • Sub floor sewer plumbing or connections to mains
  • Connection of hot water service to gas bottles on site or gas mains
  • External connection to air conditioner (if applicable)
  • On site connection of Telecom or TV cables to aerials
  • Any extra fees associated with the move that are unforeseen, such as arborist work, matting of the ground to prevent damage, reloading to get it onto site etc. Transport and associated costs will be invoiced to you directly by the house movers
