We have taken the opportunity to look back on some of the homes that we have built. What felt like a challenging year in some aspects, especially for the building industry, has been met with many memorable moments for our Manor Build team.
To celebrate the new year approaching, our team got together and selected some of their favourite builds. The chosen homes varied from designs that are part of our standard range through to custom designs, and although we only show five projects, there were many more outstanding builds delivered to satisfied clients and the team agreed it was hard to choose just a few. Rural living in Tariki

This home combined modern style with easy living and is located on 2.5 acres in Tariki. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as upgraded plumbing and kitchen fixtures, every angle of this home was carefully considered by the client and complemented the well-thought-out floorplan perfectly.
This all-white home interior had a fresh, sophisticated finish, especially in contrast to the house's all-black exterior, which includes black aluminium windows and door fittings, all of which added to the modern design of this home. The semi-wrap around deck was the perfect addition as it creates the perfect indoor-outdoor flow, great for enjoying the relaxing rural views with a cup of morning coffee or an alfresco dining experience outside with friends.
Family home in Martinborough

This modified 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plan was perfect for our customer and their family and was designed with their lifestyle in mind. It features large stacker door joinery, which added extra indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchen was upgraded with stone benchtops, pendant lighting and high spec plumbing which added great personal touches to the final outcome.
The house looks fantastic in its new quaint and picturesque rural Martinborough location where character homes are welcomed.
The heart of Stratford

This popular 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Tekapo plan had some great detail added by the customer giving this home a fresh, light and modern feel. They opted for black fittings to all plumbing items in both the kitchen and bathroom, they also upgraded a selection of kitchen cabinetry in Eucalyptus to bring natural elements into the home. Customised changes were made to the floorplan as the client made use of the extra space next to the kitchen by turning it into a scullery.
The client also added french doors which enhances the indoor/outdoor flow giving the house a great, modern aesthetic. It has caught many eyes and is looking its part in Stratford.
Country charm in Bulls

This cosy 60sqm 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom modified Villa design featured classic country living and sure looks the part on its section in Bulls. With a more compact floor plan, the owners wanted to increase their storage space by adding an attic ladder to gain access to the fully lit storage area in their ceiling.
Quality was a top priority for this home, the owners opted for custom upgrades such as stone benchtops, gunmetal tapware, wool carpet and Dezignatek cabinetry, topped off with a Hardwood Kwila deck. We look forward to seeing the finishing touches.
Luxury lifestyle in Martinborough

This custom 3 bedroom home had so many standout features. A modern all-white kitchen with beautiful herringbone and glass-front cabinets created a classic and luxury feel, complemented by a walk-in scullery adding additional space, essential for the new owners.
With 3 generous sized bedrooms, the master bedroom included the luxurious addition of an ensuite, while the large living area and high spec plumbing fixtures all made for an easy living home. No wonder it was the talk of the town in Martinborough when it arrived.
