Design selections for personal preference

To tailor the new home to their needs and tastes, several customisations were chosen:

- Straight Gable roof line with a Dutch side gable over the entrance door.
- Classic country trims selection and colour scheme.
- Sliding doors opening 2 ways out onto a wrap around deck facilitate outdoor entertaining and increase natural light in the home.
- Modified layout to incorporate the entrance on the driveway side of the house.
