Our clients wanted a spacious, high-quality beach home that would make the most of their stunning coastal site at Riversdale Beach. The goal was to create a modern, stylish, and durable transportable home that could be delivered to this remote location quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing comfort or design.

With expansive sea views a key priority was the large wrap around deck and large sliding doors opening out of the living area. Being so remote the cost of building on site was prohibitive which lead them to go down the path of a transportable home.

Design Selections for Personal Preference

To tailor the new home to their needs and tastes they implemented several customisations:
A straight gable design with a side gable over the living area.
A custom bright yellow front door
Light and airy internal decorations to suit the coastal theme.
Large sliding doors and decks off the living areas to maximize the sea views and facilitate outdoor entertaining.
