The Ōkato 3 Max expands on the popular 106m² Ōkato layout by increasing both bedroom and living proportions.The result is stronger separation between master and secondary bedrooms, larger open- plan living, improved hallway privacy, and a more generous overall feel.
One of the defining features of this design is the 21m² covered alfresco. This is not an add-on. It is built into the architectural intent of the home. The alfresco creates sheltered outdoor dining, protected entry, year-round entertaining space, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
