Trevor wanted a quality home with a tailored but simple process so they could live the lifestyle in their dream country location.

Trevor needed to be able to modify the design to suit the site and their own particular needs. Top priority was outdoor living and 180 degree views out into the lovely countryside.

Design Selections for Personal Preference

To tailor the new home to their needs and tastes, Trevor implemented several customizations:

• A large 2 bay shed with separate office built on site.
• A reconfigured bathroom to incorporate a bath.
• A custom-designed kitchen with stone benchtops designed to make space for the large dining table.
• Large sliding doors and decks off the living areas and main bedroom to maximize the country views and facilitate outdoor entertaining.
• Modified layout to incorporate the entrance on the driveway side of the house.
• Mono pitch roofline with modern black cladding.
