Manor Build has once again proven its expertise in delivering superior prefabricated buildings, this time delivering transportable holiday park accommodation for Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park. The project necessitated the design and construction of four new 2-bedroom accommodation units for completion prior to the summer rush. 

Client Goals and Project Vision

For their fifth project with Manor Build, Cambridge Top 10 aimed to expand their holiday park accommodations with high-quality, durable, and visually appealing units. Their specific goals included:

• - Four new 2-bedroom prefab accommodation units, including design, consenting, construction, installation, and also site works such as decks and verandas.

• - Ensuring timely completion within tight deadlines to meet summer demand.

• - High quality commercial grade fit-out ensuring low maintenance well into the future.

• - Minimal disruption to their park and guests.

Outcomes

Manor Build not only met but exceeded expectations by delivering all four prefab holiday park accommodation units within 5 months from the contract being signed. The buildings were manufactured in our New Plymouth factory and completely finished off inside including plywood linings, commercial grade materials and fixtures, and specific attention to detail. Once delivered and installed on piled foundations we also built the decks and verandas to finish off the project.
