The goal was clear: create a warm, modern home that was affordable, easy to look after, and made the best use of a smaller site. The home also needed to be fully finished so buyers could walk in and start living without extra work or delays.

The base design chosen was the Entri plan, which was modified and made narrower to fit the rear site. This smart change meant the house could be positioned perfectly while still keeping its comfort and style.
