The investor was looking for a building solution for a small, narrow site nestled deep in the bush. The goal was to create a transportable home that not only fitted into the natural surroundings with charm and character but also allowed for a hassle-free construction process, as the investor was keen to continue with his full-time job without distractions.

Selecting the Entri 3 bedroom transportable home from Manor Build, known for its country cottage appeal, was a natural fit. This choice included a distinctive country-style roofline and a welcoming veranda, both essential for blending the transportable house into its bushland setting.

Design Selections 

The developer also opted for:

  • Country style roofline, veranda, and window trims to enhance the rustic appeal.
  • Stone benchtops in the kitchen for durability and elegance.
  • Neutral colours and finishes throughout to complement the natural environment.
  • Strategic placement of windows, doors, and decks to maximize views and natural light.

All selections were made from Manor Build’s standard range, ensuring cost efficiency and consistency in quality. The 5D process by Manor Build guaranteed a streamlined, minimal-hassle experience, catering to the investor's need for a simple and effective build process.
