Set against sweeping country views and a compact building platform, this project perfectly captures the charm of rural living. The client wanted a beautiful country-style transportable home that offered great street appeal, timeless character, and an easy, stress-free build process. This site was cut off the corner of a much larger block and only had a small building platform, but it had amazing views. The client wanted a beautiful classic country transportable home design that had great street appeal. They also wanted it to be delivered quickly without stress.

Design Selections for Personal Preference

To tailor the new home to their needs and tastes, the client implemented several customisations:

• • Dutch Gable roof with Side Dutch gable over the entrance, combined with a country style veranda featuring twin posts and details, creates the ultimate simple country look.
  • Traditional weatherboard cladding using Weathertex Prime lock 200 smooth product, painted dark for a contemporary touch.
  • Windows and doors positioned to capitalise on the great views down the valley to the river.
  • Standard components and selections used to keep cost to a minimum.
  • Reduced build time, and client vision achieved
