This site was subdivided from a larger rural property, with a compact building platform but breathtaking views. The client wanted a home that reflected classic country aesthetics while maintaining excellent street appeal. They also wanted a stress-free build process and the benefits that come with choosing a transportable house - faster delivery, minimal disruption, and a streamlined construction experience.

Design Selections for Personal Preference

To tailor their 3 bedroom transportable home to their needs and tastes, the client incorporated several key features:

• • Wrap-around country-style deck and veranda, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the rural surroundings.
  • Solar power system with panels installed on a nearby shed, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Fireplace installation, adding warmth and a cozy ambiance for the cooler months.
  • Additional bath in the bathroom, ensuring greater functionality and comfort for the household.

The clients initially discovered Manor Build’s range of transportable houses at the Central Districts Field Days and were immediately drawn to the country-style designs available.
