Jamie had enough space at the front of his house to subdivide off a section and put a house on for re-sale. He saw the potential in our Entri House Plan, with 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and an in-built laundry this plan maximises functionality and is the perfect blend of practicality and re-sale value.
